DOCX Templates Module
1CRM gives you the ability to generate customized Microsoft Word files for any number of clients. If you would like to export documents from your CRM data into a DOCX file you can use the DOCX Templates module for a personalized Microsoft Word document export with the click of a button. Completely server based, with no client installation required, you can now populate with CRM data DOCX documents ready for dispatch, printing, attach to notes, emailing or any other personal use you may have.
This functionality is now available from the Opportunities section under the Sales & Marketing category and the Projects sections under the Project Management category in 1CRM.
Here are a few simple steps for using the DOCX Templates module:
- Under the Sales & Marketing category, go to the Opportunities section where you have a list of all your sales opportunities.
Select from the list the sales opportunity you would like to choose and open it on the screen. As you can see below, after the sales opportunity has been opened on the screen you have the DOCX Templates button on the top right corner of the menu bar.
Click on the DOCX Templates Printer button and then select from the drop down menu the option Opportunity DOC template. Your DOCX file will now be downloaded to your local computer, populated with the data from the opportunity you have just opened.
- Under the Project Management category, go to the Projects section where you will display a list of the projects you have created in 1CRM.
Select from the list the project you would like to choose and open it on the screen. As you can see below, after the project has been opened on the screen, you have the DOCX Templates button on the top right corner of the menu bar.
Click on the DOCX Template Printer button and then select from the drop down menu the option Project DOC template. Your DOCX file will now be downloaded to your local computer, populated with the data from the project you have just opened.
With the DOCX Templates module you can now download DOCX files without any effort. Export the file as per your needs with just one single click and use it for your business purposes to enhance your productivity with just one quick export from 1CRM.
