Q: What margins are paid to different types of partner?
A: Full partner pricing schedule available with partnership application. Overview information available in the tabs here for each type of partner.

Q: For how long does the partner margin accrue? 
A: A partner that brings on a client, or a sub-partner, gets paid their margin on sales to that client or partner perpetually, until either the new client/partner, or the original partner, is no longer associated with 1CRM.

Q: Do I get demo software? A Cloud instance? A copy to run our own business? 
A: For your own use and the learning process, you can begin with the Startup Edition on Premise, and/or a 1CRM Cloud 3-user Enterprise Edition instance. Once you reach $10K in net sales you are entitled to a 5 user Enterprise Edition instance – on Premise or Cloud as preferred. At $25K net sales you are entitled to a 10 user Enterprise Edition instance – on Premise or Cloud as preferred. At $50K net sales you are entitled to a 20 user Enterprise Edition instance – on Premise or Cloud as preferred. For initial demos, use our public demo site. For client trials, use the trial request form on our site.

Q: How do I learn the system?
A: New partners are supported in initial sales by existing partners to help them ramp up their knowledge. Access online videos, live partner online training via gotomeeting, multi-media help system, user forums and comprehensive system documentation as additional resources.

Q: What products do I have to sell? – Cloud, On Premise, …
A: You can sell the 1CRM Cloud service (monthly or annual subscriptions), or annual/monthly software licenses to be used on partner-controlled servers (Partner Cloud) or client-controlled servers (On Premise).

Q: Why should I register as a Sales or Full-Service Partner under a regional Master Partner and not under 1CRM?
A: You will get the same margin, but a great deal more assistance ramping up, by working with a regional Master Partner. And if you intend to be a Sales partner, you must work with a Master Partner or Full-Service Partner.

Q: What is the purchasing process? Does the partner pay, or the end client? And how do the margins get paid?
A: The partner making the end-user sale buys at their discounted price using their partner ID on the Place Orders tab on this page. And that partner invoices the client for the full retail price, plus any services.

Q: What agreement needs to be put in place? 
A: A simple partner agreement with 1CRM Corp. must be executed by any new partner. A service agreement is also desirable between new partners and existing Master Partners / Full-Service partners.

Q: What do I have to do to stay a partner? 
A: Sell a minimum of 10 seats a year as a Sales partner, or 40 as a Full Service partner. Another condition of Sales and Full service partners is they must have a web site, and it must contain introductory, and detailed function information on 1CRM, as well as back links to the 1crm.com website.

Q: Do I get listed on the 1crm.com partner page? 
A: Yes – after selling your first 10 seats.

Referral Partnership

 

Referral partners are a select group of vendors that partner with 1CRM and focus on identifying and generating new leads and customer referrals for 1CRM. Being a 1CRM referral partner is absolutely simple: Send us leads – if we close them, you earn 15% of the sale. You have no responsibilities in the sale, or in ongoing support.

We are always on the lookout for Referral Partners that are going to be strong, long-term partners for the unique and exciting technology products based on the 1CRM Engine.

Some of the important characteristics of a successful Referral Partner are:

  • An established business
  • Familiarity with CRM products and services
  • Availability of dedicated sales and consulting resources
  • Strong overlap between 1CRM’s and Partner’s target audience or customer base
  • Ability to establish and maintain a pipeline of customers and generate a steady flow of leads
  • Customer references.

Sales Partnership

 

Sales partners are a select group of vendors that partner with 1CRM and with an existing 1CRM Full-Service Partner. This form of partnership offers the freedom to make sales even when you do not have the in-house skills to support the application. Being a 1CRM Sales Partner is absolutely simple: You maintain the client relationship. You make the sales, and earn 20% on all sales. Support may be handled directly by the Full-Service Partner, or by you with the Full-Service Partner as your resource.

Some of the important characteristics of a successful Sales Partner are:

  • An established business with good financial health
  • An existing client base of small/medium businesses with 2-250 employees
  • Strong sales organization focused on this customer segment
  • Ability to commit and deliver on a revenue target
  • Availability of dedicated sales and marketing resources
  • Strong fit between 1CRM’s Product and Service offerings, and Partner’s existing portfolio
  • Strong overlap between 1CRM’s and Partner’s target audience or customer base
  • Ability to establish and maintain a pipeline of customers and generate a steady flow of sales
  • Customer references
  • A minimum of two sales representatives

Full-Service Partnership

 

Full-Service Partners are partners that sell and support 1CRM solutions: via the 1CRM Cloud, in Partner Cloud hosting, and on client premises. Being a 1CRM Full-Service Partner is straightforward: You maintain the client relationship. You make the sales, and earn 25-33% on all sales. You handle direct client support requests, using 1CRM tech support personnel as your backup resources. Of the five types of 1CRM Partners, the Full-Service partnership is the most critical to the ongoing development of the 1CRM business model.

Some of the important characteristics of a successful Full-Service partner are:

  • An established business with strong financial health
  • An existing client base of small/medium businesses with 2-250 employees
  • Strong sales organization focused on this customer segment
  • Technical support capabilities for web-based applications and their platforms
  • CRM consulting and implementation experience
  • Ability to commit and deliver on a revenue target
  • Availability of dedicated sales and marketing resources
  • Strong fit between 1CRM’s Product and Service offerings, and Partner’s services
