Functionality:

  •  connect 1CRM to Hubspot app by Oauth2 from 1CRM admin section
  •  in the 1CRM admin section, configure fields mapping between 1CRM fields and Hubspot
  •  Properties. Use default mapping or add a new mapping.

 

Hubspot to 1CRM

  •  Contact created in Hubspot will create a Lead in 1CRM
  •  When a Deal is related to Contact in Hubspot, the Lead in 1CRM will be converted to Contact, and Account + Opportunity will be created and related to each other.
  •  When a Company is related to Contact in Hubspot, the Lead in 1CRM will be converted to Contact and Account
  •  The company created in Hubspot will create an Account in 1CRM

 

1CRM To Hubspot

  • new Lead created in 1CRM will create a new Contact in Hubspot
  •  converted Lead in 1CRM creates Company and Deal in Hubspot, all records related
  •  new Contact created in 1CRM under Opportunity view will create a new Contact in Hubspot related to Deal and Company
  •  deleted records from 1CRM will delete related records from Hubspot
