DanmarCRM does not collect any personal information (such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, or credit card number information) on its web site. You are free to browse our entire web site: at no point will we request that you identify yourself or provide personal information to us.

At several points on our site, you are provided the opportunity to contact us via e-mail, fax, or telephone. We do not request that you provide any specific personal information to us in any of these communications, and all communications are strictly voluntary.

However, should you choose to contact us and in doing so, communicate personal information, any information you provide will be held in the strictest of confidence (including the company you represent, e-mail address, return telephone number and/or any other contact information you provide). DanmarCRM stores and uses this information for business purposes only, usually to enable us to contact you as a potential or current client, partner or supplier. Our software and messaging services

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This section covers the software DanmarCRM provides to businesses: the NobleCRM Contact Center, our CRM integrations and the Meta app “DanmarCRMContacts”. With these, our business clients send and receive WhatsApp, SMS and e-mail messages, and record that activity in their CRM (1CRM, SugarCRM or HubSpot). The services are operated by NobleCRM Software SRL (Bucharest, Romania), the owner of DanmarCRM.com. Contact: dan@danmarcrm.com.

Our role

When a business uses our services to talk to its own customers, that business decides what is collected and why. It is the data controller. We process the data only on its behalf and on its instructions, as its data processor.

What we process

  • Contact identifiers, for example phone numbers, WhatsApp IDs (including business-scoped user IDs and usernames), e-mail addresses and the profile name a person shows on WhatsApp.
  • Messages and their details: the text and media (images, audio, documents) sent or received, delivery and read status, and dates and times.
  • Consent and preferences, for example opt-out (STOP) requests and quiet-hour settings.
  • Business account data: the client’s users and settings, and the access tokens and keys that connect its WhatsApp, SMS or CRM accounts. Tokens and keys are stored encrypted.

Why we process it

We use this data to deliver and receive messages, show conversations to the client’s staff, record activity in the client’s CRM when the client has turned that on, respect opt-outs and sending limits, keep the service secure, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use message content for any other purpose.

Who receives it

  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), which carries WhatsApp messages between the business and its customers.
  • Other messaging providers a client chooses (for example an SMS provider), and only for that client’s messages.
  • The client’s own CRM (1CRM, SugarCRM or HubSpot), when the client connects it.
  • Our hosting provider. Our servers are in the European Union.

We disclose data to anyone else only when the law requires it.

Connecting a WhatsApp Business account

When a business connects its WhatsApp Business account to our app through Meta, Meta gives us an access token for that account. We use the token only to send and receive that business’s messages, manage its message templates and receive status updates. The business can revoke our access at any time in Meta Business Suite, under Settings, Business integrations.

How long we keep data

We keep messages and contact data while the client’s account is active, or for the shorter period the client sets. Technical logs of incoming provider notifications are deleted after 60 days by default. When a client closes its account, we delete its data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (TLS). Credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to authorised staff and the client’s own users, and administrative actions are logged.

Your rights and data deletion

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy. If you were contacted by a business that uses our services, please contact that business first. We will help it answer you.

To ask us to delete your data, e-mail dan@danmarcrm.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the phone number, WhatsApp username or e-mail address the request is about, and the name of the business that contacted you, if you know it. We will confirm the request, delete the data or pass the request to the business concerned within 30 days, and tell you when it is done. Businesses can also delete a contact and its conversations themselves through the Contact Center.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Romania this is the ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
