Get access to support team by email,phone and remote desktop connection.
Includes support from experienced SugarCRM developer.
Time to first response at most 4 hours.
One ticket is defined as a support request with a processing time of up to 15 minutes, or part thereof at any block of 15 minutes will be counted as an additional unit.
